Job summary

GNC, a global leader in health and wellness, seeks an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to support the department supervisor and manage assignments in our Whitestown distribution center.

You will monitor productivity, coach associates, run reports, ensure accuracy and safety, and coordinate training to maintain efficient operations. This role requires leadership, reliability, and commitment to safe practices.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in distribution/warehouse settings.
• Ability to coach, train and motivate associates.
• Proficient with MS Office and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Support supervisor by managing work assignments and staffing.
• Monitor productivity and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Run productivity reports and ensure accurate, safe handling of goods.
• Coordinate training and develop daily operational plans.
• Identify safety hazards and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Ensure equipment is functional and deliveries meet quality standards.
• Oversee a team of employees and ensure smooth operations.
