Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required or Associate degree in Logistics or related field; or equivalent combination.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field preferred; equivalent experience may suffice.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and develop action plans to maximize productivity.
• Plan and schedule personnel, equipment and supplies for efficient material flow.
• Assist management in developing and managing financial and operational plans.
• Hire, motivate, and train staff.
• Provide staff with materials, information and guidance to meet daily goals.
• Ensure safe handling of materials and equipment and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and retention.
