Job summary

Spinrite is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to join the Distribution team in Albany, GA. This role reports to the Distribution Manager and ensures tasks are carried out efficiently, and team members understand their roles and performance targets.

The position involves cross-functional collaboration with all DC departments, coaching leads, planning work, and maintaining budgetary controls to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a group of employees in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Experience in warehouse environments in various roles.
• Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan work assignments and equipment allocation to meet production goals.
• Monitor pick rates and investigate areas not meeting targets.
• Generate daily reports.
• Create reports as required.
• Schedule associates to complete work objectives.
• Coach, train and develop department leads.
• Partner with supervisors from other departments to leverage resources.
• Maintain the facility budget in partnership with DC Ops Manager and DC Manager.
