Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a supervisor role.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; OR three years to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience in multi-shift distribution center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Distribution Center to meet shipping schedules.
• Supervise warehouse team members and enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate resources to manage shipping abnormalities promptly.
• Lead continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
• Develop training and provide feedback to team members.
