Qualifications

• 5 years experience in distribution or supply chain
• 2 years of supervision
• 1 year in Warehouse Management Systems
• High School diploma or 4+ years US military service
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication
• Ability to coach and mentor team partners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day distribution operations.
• Drive engagement, development, and performance of the team.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and safety programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with managers, peers, and partners.
• Monitor throughput, volume fluctuations and labor utilization.
• Support Kaizen and Lean initiatives to improve safety and service.
