Job summary

Starbucks Distribution Center is seeking a capable Distribution Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage staffing and timekeeping, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a high-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills, with experience in distribution and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent military service.
• 5 years in distribution or supply chain.
• 2 years of supervision experience.
• 1 year of Warehouse Management Systems experience.
• Ability to apply cross-functional multi-disciplinary principles.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coach and mentor partners.

Responsibilities
