McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Kissimmee, FL to lead a warehouse team in meeting customer demands with accuracy and on-time deliveries.

You will manage staffing, training, and safety while coordinating with the leadership team to maintain productivity and quality across shifts. The role requires hands-on supervision and proactive coaching to drive results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years distribution warehouse experience.
• Experience leading large numbers of warehouse staff.
• Experience hiring, training, motivating and resolving employee relations issues.
• Computer knowledge to include MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates.
• Communicate company and division information to teammates.
• Address teammate concerns and problems.
• Coordinate with warehouse leadership to meet DC goals.
• Ensure productivity, order quality, safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain department paperwork and schedules.
• Provide training and development for teammates.
• Enforce Distribution Center policies and provide coaching.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and proper operations.
