Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Draper, UT is looking for a Distribution Supervisor to lead the delivery team and ensure compliant, timely product distribution. You will coordinate with sales, fleet, and warehouse while training drivers and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years in consumer products/DSD delivery required.
• 2+ years supervising delivery staff in distribution required.
• Knowledge of DOT federal/state regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Class A CDL is required.
• Occasional weekends and holidays are required.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required
