Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA in Draper, Utah is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee delivery operations and driver performance within a defined territory.

You will coordinate with sales, fleet, warehouse and other partners to meet policy and customer requirements, supervise staff, ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry.
• Knowledge of DOT Federal/state regulations preferred.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required
• Knowledge of DOT Federal state regulations/guidelines preferred
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Class A CDL is required
• Occasional work on weekends and holidays is required
