Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Riverton, UT is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee delivery operations and driver performance within a defined territory. The role ensures on-time, accurate distribution in line with policy and customer expectations.

You will train and manage drivers, communicate daily with the distribution team, and collaborate with sales, fleet, and warehouse to maximize efficiency in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery
• 2+ years' experience supervising delivery staff
• Knowledge of DOT Federal/state regulations/guidelines preferred
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Class A CDL is required
• Occasional work on weekends and holidays

What Does a Distribution Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of product, according to policy and customer requirements, and management of drivers within a specific territory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution team ensuring proper delivery according to planned volume, customer expectations and internal policies
• Train, develop and evaluate drivers to efficiently deliver and merchandise product
• Communicate daily with the delivery team to create visibility while fostering a culture of trust and productivity
• Communicate with sales, fleet, warehouse, and other partners to ensure business operations are as efficient as possible
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required
• 2+ years' experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required
• Knowledge of DOT Federal state regulations/guidelines preferred

• Class A CDL is required
