Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Distribution Manager II to oversee the distribution function's strategic direction, manage expenses, improve delivery efficiencies, and ensure market execution. The role emphasizes leading a team, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building strong internal/external relationships.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s preferred and 4+ years in the industry with 2+ years in leadership, plus CDL where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years CDL required in some locations.
• 4+ years industry-relevant experience required.
• 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with other departments.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategic distribution and customer execution plans to deliver against budgeted volume, profit and expenses.
• Staff, lead, mentor, motivate, and hold team accountable to achieve goals
• Play a leadership role in building relationships with internal/external associates
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned
