• Lead 48 drivers and 3 mechanics, fostering a high-performance safety culture.
• Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and environmental standards.
• Monitor 5,420 deliveries and 519,000 miles annually to maintain efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies for route optimization and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align distribution with business objectives and customers.

What you will enjoy doing*

• You
  will oversee regional distribution operations to ensure products are
  delivered safely, efficiently, and on time overseeing regional distribution
  operations
• In this role you will manage a fleet of twenty-five tractors and twenty-five trailers,
  optimizing utilization to meet delivery schedules and reduce operational
  costs managing fleet utilization
• You shall lead and develop a team of (48) drivers and (3) mechanics,
  fostering a high-performance culture centered on safety and service
  excellence leading drivers and mechanics
• Additionally uphold strict adherence to transportation regulations and
  company policies related to safety and environmental standards ensuring
  regulatory compliance
• Furthermore, monitor and coordinate five thousand four hundred twenty
  deliveries and over five hundred nineteen thousand miles driven annually to
  maintain efficiency and reliability monitoring delivery performance
• You are expected to develop and execute strategies for operational
  improvements including route optimization and process enhancements driving
  operational improvements
• Lastly collaborate cross functionally with other departments to align
  distribution efforts with business objectives and customer needs while
  coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime collaborating across
  departments

  will bring a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
  Business Administration, or equivalent experience bringing relevant academic
  background
• You shall offer at least five (5) years of experience in transportation or distribution
  management with proven success supervising drivers and mechanics bringing
  transportation leadership experience
• In addition you should demonstrate strong knowledge of transportation
  regulations and compliance requirements demonstrating regulatory knowledge
• Additionally exhibit exceptional leadership abilities that motivate a
  diverse team to achieve high performance showing strong leadership skills
• Furthermore apply strategic planning skills to optimize distribution
  efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining operational excellence applying
  strategic planning
• You are proficient in logistics management software and data analysis tools
  with excellent written and verbal communication skills using logistics and
  data tools effectively
• Lastly bring strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks,
  schedules, and priorities in a fast paced environment while building strong
  customer relationships demonstrating organizational excellence
