Job summary

Linde plc, based in Corona, CA, is seeking a Distribution Lead to steer daily distribution operations and ensure reliable, compliant delivery of medical gas products. You will manage staffing, safety training, and process improvements to meet internal goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; a college degree is strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience and 2+ years in Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain supply reliability and ensure FDA compliance across deliveries.
  • Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products.
  • Train Distribution Team on safety and quality systems.
  • Monitor distribution efficiency and staffing levels.
  • Lead safety initiatives and oversee investigations.
  • Control costs by evaluating shipments and consolidating loads.
  • Drive productivity and career development within the team.

What you will enjoy doing*
  • Inthis role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-daydistribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently andeficiently
  • You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customersand locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde'squality assurance system
  • Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internalgoals, customer expectation and operational standard
  • Train the Distribution Team in all aspects of Linde Safety and Qualitysystems and requirements
  • You will monitor distribution efficiencies and staffing levels to ensurecustomer delmands are consistently met
  • You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training,conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations
  • Control costs by evaluating shipments, consolidating loads, and selectingthe most cost-efficient method of shipment
  • Drive productivity to maximize distribution capabilities and operationalefficiency, while providing job training that fosters career development andgrowth
What makes you great

  • Pay range: $70,304 – $84,700 yearly
