Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years leadership experience in Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with accountability
  • Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict constructively

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day distribution operations to meet customer demand safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all operations comply with HAZMAT and DOT documentation requirements.
  • Maintain supply reliability for customers and locations; ensure FDA standards and QA compliance for medical gas deliveries.
  • Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals and standards.
  • Review and verify work order summaries to ensure timely shipments.
  • Lead safety initiatives: training, evaluations, and accident investigations.
  • Manage personnel fairly to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Job description

  • Inthis role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-daydistribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently andefficiently
  • Ensure all operational activities are conducted safely and reliably in fullcompliance with HAZMAT and Department of Transportation (DOT) documentationrequirements
  • You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customersand locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde'squality assurance system
  • Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internalgoals, customer expectation and operational standards
  • Maintain, review and verify work order summaries to ensure timelyshipments
  • You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training,conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations
  • Manage personnel fairly and consistently, fostering a positive and collaborativework environment that encouragesmotivation, information sharing, and employee empowerment
What makes you great
  • Youmust have a high school diploma; a ollege degree is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of two (2+) years of leadership experience, along with at least two (2+) yearsin Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation
  • You will have strong verbal and written communications skills, with theability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • Demonstrated reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • You have are self motivated with theproven ability to work independently and while maintaining a highlevel of accountability

  • This role requires basic computer proficency with the ability to quicklylearn new applications, and tnavigate all levels and areas of the facility
