Job summary

LVMH Inc. in North America is seeking a Distribution Manager to support rapid Direct-to-Consumer growth and shape our distribution planning capabilities.

You will oversee end-to-end planning for e-commerce satellites and company-owned retail stores, balancing service levels with inventory health. The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive scalable solutions and strategic projects across Retail, E‑Commerce, Planning, and Logistics

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Distribution or Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, or related field.
• Experience in luxury or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop distribution and replenishment strategies across central and satellite warehouses.
• Monitor and optimize inventory health and stock levels.
• Lead KPI tracking and reporting to align priorities with business goals.
• Partner with Retail, E‑commerce, Logistics, and Planning teams to drive execution.
