Job summary

Groupe LVMH in New York is seeking a Distribution Manager to support rapid Direct-to-Consumer growth and shape future distribution planning capabilities across North America.

This role will oversee end-to-end distribution activities, ensuring optimal product availability while maintaining healthy inventories and partnering with Retail, E‑Commerce, Logistics and Planning teams to drive data-driven, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years in distribution or supply planning or related fields.
• Experience in luxury or cosmetics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop replenishment and inventory strategies for the network.
• Lead inventory reviews and optimize stock levels across satellite warehouses and stores.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Retail and Web Ops teams.
