LVMH Beauty is seeking a Distribution Manager to support rapid Direct-to-Consumer growth and shape our NA distribution planning capabilities. You will balance product availability with healthy inventory levels, spanning e-commerce satellite warehouses and company-owned stores.

The role partners with Retail, E‑Commerce, Logistics and Planning teams to drive service, inventory and efficiency while evolving our planning processes for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or business.
• 7–10 years of distribution or supply planning experience.
• Luxury cosmetics experience a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution planning across NA networks, ensuring optimal product availability and healthy inventory levels.
• Lead end-to-end replenishment and inventory management for e-commerce satellite warehouses and company-owned stores.
• Partner with Retail, E‑Commerce, Logistics and Planning teams to align service, inventory and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and standardize operations to scale and optimize planning tools.
