Job summary

MFS is seeking a Sales Reporting Co-op to join the Business Intelligence and Sales Reporting group. You will support distribution of sales and activity reporting across management and sales teams, using MicroStrategy and a CRM tool to generate dashboards and insights.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates currently enrolled in a co-op program, with strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and interest in applying technology to business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Interest in technology and its application in business.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Distribute sales and activity reporting to management and sales teams on a scheduled basis.
• Assist in running ad-hoc reports as requested by sales management and business teams.
• Assist in tracking and updating feedback through active user groups.
• Monitor user adoption and create usage metrics for dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain training materials.
