Guardian Life is seeking a Head of Distribution to lead Sales Enablement and Intelligence across Proprietary and Third-Party channels. The role shapes CRM strategy, harnesses AI-enabled tools, and creates analytics to guide producer targeting and engagement decisions.

We seek a leader who can translate enterprise data into actionable growth plans, develop executive-level insights, and drive adoption of best-in-class distribution practices across the organization.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, distribution strategy, CRM, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience building, implementing, or expanding CRM capabilities within a sales or distribution organization; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Distribution sales enablement strategy, translating enterprise data, priorities, and market insights into actionable growth plans for PO and 3P channels.
• Oversee CRM buildout, integration, and data connections across sales workflows.
• Develop layered dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and Excel to translate data into decision-ready insights.
• Champion data-driven culture and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools within Salesforce and related sales tools.
