Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in Utility Scale Power Projects.
• Minimum of 10 years' PM experience in Power industry.
• Minimum of 15 years' industry experience.
• Technically competent with MS Office and project tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project teams and meet milestones.
• Own full project life cycle from initiation to delivery.
• Manage multiple related projects aligned to business goals.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Set expectations and delegate deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project teams.
