In this role, you will oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of distribution engineering experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required, along with experience in project management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive distribution engineering experience, with 3+ years in project management.
• Experience producing distribution design and construction documents.
• Knowledge of NESC and other applicable industry codes/standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of projects: routing/siting, permitting, engineering, right-of-way acquisition.
• Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships.
• Prepare proposals, assist with presentations, and support contract negotiations.
