Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Operations Administrator in Minneapolis to support warehouse operations, data entry, inventory tasks, and product replenishment. The role requires coordinating with purchasing, trade, and carriers while maintaining accurate records in WMS/ERP systems.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in administration or warehouse work, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or warehouse role.
  • Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs including presentation software.
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Analytic and Reporting skills.
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the receiving schedule, working with purchasing, trade, operations, and carriers.

  • Must be able to operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment.
  • Perform inventory control tasks, including determining sufficient pick volume available each evening, relocating product in the warehouse(s), and assisting with cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees, customers, and suppliers via email, in person, or on the phone.
  • Assist with other warehouse and delivery tasks as needed.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Physical Requirements
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Salary

$20-$26/Hr.
