Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. seeks a Distribution Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, ensure staffing, training, safety, and on-time deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory and procedures.

You’ll coordinate schedules, coach teammates, enforce company policies, and partner with leadership to meet cost and quality goals while upholding our safety standards.

This role requires 2 years of warehouse supervision, strong communication, and computer skills; weekend shifts and varied hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years distribution/warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience leading large teams, hiring, training, and resolving employee relations issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
