Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead the assigned area of the warehouse, ensuring staffing, training, tools, safety, and quality to meet customer demands for on-time deliveries. The role offers a competitive pay range and day-one benefits.

You will supervise and develop teammates, create schedules, manage paperwork, and enforce DC policies while maintaining a safe work environment and coordinating with leadership to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading large numbers of warehouse staff and resolving employee relations issues.
• Computer skills include Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates.

• Provide training and coaching to maintain an efficient workforce.
• Create and maintain schedules and job assignments.
