Job summary

Fagron seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to organize and schedule staff, directing daily distribution operations including shipping, receiving, and production support. You will maintain cGMP compliance, coordinate AX ERP activity, and train staff on SOPs to ensure efficient, safe operations.

The role requires supervising warehouse personnel, data entry, and collaboration with Planning, Customer Service, QA/QC, Purchasing, Accounting, and Production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent; 3+ years in supervisory/manager role.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations in pharma/medical device is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably AX.
• Ability to work with electronic management tools and systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule manpower; direct distribution operations daily.
• Coordinate data entry for receipts and shipments in AX in a timely manner.
• Oversee AX Distribution Management transactions to support production operations.
• Develop and revise SOPs to ensure cGMP compliance; maintain records.
• Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling, Customer Service, QA/QC, Purchasing, Accounting, and Production.
