Job summary

Fagron US is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations at our Sterile Services Center. Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, picking, packing, order fulfillment, and delivering finished goods to customers.

You will work with ERP systems, perform cycle counts, ensure GDP compliance, and maintain safety. 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to lift 50 lbs required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in warehouse/distribution operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft AX).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies to pick orders by product code, lot, and quantity and move to packing lines.
• Check orders for accuracy and document completion.
• Pack orders securely to protect products from damage.
• Receive finished goods and put away using FIFO.
• Operate forklift and related material handling equipment.
