Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in warehouse or distribution.
• ERP systems knowledge preferred (e.g., Microsoft AX).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
• Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs; forklift certification preferred or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately by product code, lot number, and quantity.
• Verify picked orders for lot numbers and complete documentation.
• Pack orders securely to protect from damage.
• Receive finished goods and perform FIFO put-away.
• Receive scrap material, catalog, and discard per policy.
• Ship samples/equipment to requested consignee and coordinate deliveries.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain good customer relations by on-time deliveries and professional conduct.
• Receive, unload, and store raw materials from incoming trucks; coordinate with QA.
