Job summary

ODPGroup is seeking an Operations Manager in Fremont, CA to lead daily distribution and transportation activities, ensuring safe, cost-efficient service. You will manage a 20–50 person team, own KPIs, and partner with site and regional leaders to implement lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in distribution, transportation, or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving KPIs.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams).
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage efficient receipt, storage, order fulfillment, loading, and/or transportation activities—including third-party providers—while focusing on KPIs, quality, service and cost.
• Forecast labor, capacity and resources to align with current and anticipated volume.
• Monitor and act on performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a 20–50 person team; ensure staffing coverage.
• Lead safety, compliance, and workplace standards; coach and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and customer outcomes.
