Job summary

ODP Business Sourcing seeks an Operations Manager to direct daily distribution and transportation activities, owning P&L for the assigned area and driving KPI performance. You will lead a 20–50 person team, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with site leadership to improve productivity and service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in a leadership role in distribution/ops, and strong communication to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Area of study in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Distribution Management preferred.
• At least 3 years of leadership in distribution, transportation, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage efficient receipt, storage, order fulfillment, loading, and transportation activities.
• Forecast labor, capacity, and resources to meet volume.
• Monitor performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, hire, and develop a 20–50 person team.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cost control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and auditors as needed.
