Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Arizona is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead customer operations across multiple facilities.

You will direct activities for large accounts, ensure contract compliance, and drive efficient warehousing and distribution processes to meet revenue goals. The role requires 5–7 years of logistics operations experience, 3–5 years in management with P&L, and strong leadership of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of operations experience in a high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics/distribution environment
• 3-5 years of operations management experience with P&L responsibility
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent - Preferred
• Experience with implementations or systems customization and working with multiple accounts/facilities
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced work environment
• Ability to motivate and manage staff, especially under pressure
• Demonstrates flexibility, diplomacy and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage customer relationships resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
• Possesses strong background in ecommerce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Job Summary:

This position develops, implements, and leads successful customer operations. This position directs and controls activities in multiple facilities with complex accounts and large numbers of employees to ensure efficient and economical processes for storing and distributing inventory. This position monitors volume for respective clients, ensures contract compliance, and is typically responsible for meeting a revenue plan.
