Job summary

UPS is seeking a dynamic supervisor to lead the Import/Export, Warehouse/Packaging, and Dispatch teams within our Healthcare Precision Logistics unit in Aston, PA. This permanent role focuses on ensuring accurate, compliant operations and on-time fulfillment in a high-volume environment.

Job Summary

Supervises a team performing standardized processes. (e. g. , Administrative or Technical Support; entry-level Professional Expertise) . Prioritizes tasks within team; collaborates and coordinates with other supervisors . Problems are less routine, and sometimes complex; resolution guided by policies and procedures. Drives team toward completion of short-range objectives. Impacts results of team; daily, weekly, monthly. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

This position provides additional supervision and operational oversight of the Import, Export, Warehouse/Packaging, and Dispatch teams.

• Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to self-relocate – Required.

• Requires schedule flexibility depending on business needs
