You will lead a team of partners, set goals, drive productivity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company objectives. Friday–Sunday shift availability and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Distributes 5 years
• Developing and leading quality, customer service and cost improvement programs in a field or company environment 3 years
• Food service or food company distribution center 3 years
• Management 3 years
• Managing budgets 1 year

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day distribution operations and ensure HACCP and Starbucks quality standards.
• Plan and execute department goals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group and measure results.
• Oversee staffing, throughput, and communication among managers, peers and teams.
