Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts is required. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma plus 2–3 years in logistics or related fields, with preferred bachelor’s degrees in business, logistics, or supply chain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years of experience in transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends as needed.
• Demonstration of the listed skills through education, certifications, military, or other experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations of processing inventory in compliance with internal controls; ensure timely and accurate processing of goods to customers and vendors; maintain a clean and proper warehouse environment.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with personnel to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Assist with on-time service and meet customer requirements; manage exceptions on freight and ETA adjustments based on schedules and road conditions.
• Communicate safety standards, warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; promote a positive safety culture at accounts by enforcing policies and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers and personnel to resolve service issues, routing, inventory, and safety of goods; may coordinate warehouse resources to maintain processes.
• Perform administrative duties such as payroll, Net-Revenue budget management, safety reviews, documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
• Maximize efficiency and profitability; propose continuous improvements and measure KPIs for operations and warehouse processes.
• Utilize personnel management including training and orientation; assist with internal and third-party systems.
• Fill in for absent staff and work on special projects related to optimizing operations and profitability.
• Assist warehouse workers with duties including loading/unloading, preparing goods, processing receipts and inventory.
• Assist in yard management as part of daily tasks.
