• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels, explaining contractual and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage contracting, licensing, appointments, terminations, and renewals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Establish accurate pay structures and submit forms to state insurance departments on time.
• Assess producers' eligibility, addressing discrepancies and appeals in line with regulations.
• Excel in a fast-paced production environment, multitask between tasks, and contribute to process improvements.

The Distribution Operations Analyst works in a fast-paced, high-production environment, managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements with accuracy and efficiency. This role handles a high volume of calls and requests, supports producers across all distribution channels, and ensures timely commission payments and regulatory appointments. Strong relationship-building, multitasking, and attention to detail are essential to maintaining compliance and delivering a seamless experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST

Training: Up to 7 weeks

Start Date: November 16

Hourly Wage: $22.50, plus annual bonus opportunity.
