Job summary

DRiV Incorporated in Tennessee is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee daily DC operations—receiving, inventory, and shipping—and lead a team under the Operations Manager. You'll coordinate staffing across shifts, enforce safety, quality, and shipping schedules, and drive continuous improvement using 5S and CI tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent, or related training.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong reading, writing and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory management and shipping.
• Supervise warehouse team members and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
• Plan and coordinate shipping schedules and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and CI projects.
• Provide training and feedback to team members; manage shifts as needed.
