Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Distribution Manager in Irving, TX to lead from the warehouse floor and develop high-performing teams. You will oversee one of North America’s largest distribution operations, spanning over 2.5 million square feet.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of leadership in high-volume distribution, you will drive safety, productivity and on-time shipping using KPIs and a WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations with large teams.
• Proven track record improving productivity, quality and safety.
• Experience leading with KPIs and WMS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and support departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers of 500+ employees through daily feedback.
• Drive operational excellence and same-day shipping through data-driven improvements.
• Investigate challenges, remove barriers and implement practical improvements.
