Uline is seeking a Director of Distribution Operations to lead one of North America’s largest distribution operations from the warehouse floor, guiding a 500+ team to deliver exceptional service and same-day shipping. You will develop high-performing managers while maintaining safety and productivity in a multi-million square-foot facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years in high-volume distribution ops with large teams.
Proven productivity, quality and safety improvements through leadership.
Experience with KPIs and WMS.
Strong problem-solving and communication in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead by example on the warehouse floor, coaching and directing teams.
Direct all day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and support.
Develop and mentor warehouse managers overseeing 500+ employees.
Drive operational excellence and same-day shipping through accountability.
Investigate challenges and implement data-driven improvements.
