Job summary

Uline, Irving, TX, is seeking a hands-on Distribution Manager to lead one of North America’s largest distribution operations, spanning over 2.5 million square feet. You will coach a 500+ strong team, drive daily warehouse processes, and ensure industry-leading service and same-day shipping.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, with proven success in productivity, quality and safety improvements. On-site role with full benefits.

• 7+ years leading high‑volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
