Schreiber Foods in Carthage, MO is seeking a Distribution Supervisor who will lead daily distribution operations at our on-site facility. You will coach hourly partners and salaried supervisors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements across shipping, receiving, and DC functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Food Dairy Science, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields.
• 3-5 years in Operations leadership within a warehouse or distribution facility.
• Willing to relocate within US locations and travel up to 20%.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop hourly partners and salaried supervisors to uphold Schreiber values.
• Ensure daily distribution operations (shipping/receiving) run efficiently and are compliant with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Audit SOPs and PCPs/CCPs to meet customer specs and quality plans.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and track DC KPIs to drive corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with DC leadership on IDP creation and removing roadblocks for partner development.
• Oversee regulatory programs—safety, environmental, and food safety—and ensure Food Safety and Food Quality plans compliance.
• Lead distribution initiatives focusing on cost, quality, service and safety.
• Provide leadership development to supervisors and foster an ownership culture.
• Identify capital improvement opportunities and manage related projects.
• Assist DC Manager with annual business and capital planning and with external warehouse supplier management.
• Manage the DC forklift program and spend; standardize distribution processes and SOPs.
• Oversee building/grounds maintenance and upkeep.
