Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Shippensburg, PA is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead a team on a 2-2-3 schedule, 4:30am–5:00pm. The role is 100% on-site and focuses on coaching, training, and ensuring safe, efficient production, shipping, and receiving in compliance with Food Safety and customer requirements.

Relocation is optional with a $10,000 bonus if moving over 50 miles. The package includes ESOP with an 8% 401(k) match, incentive pay twice yearly, childcare support up to $5,000 and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to meet daily production, shipping, and receiving goals.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans and customer requirements.
• Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and safety using problem-solving methods.
• Coordinate with leadership to meet staffing and schedule needs.
