Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience operating multiple types of forklifts and powered industrial equipment.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, or inventory systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities and priorities.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates.
• Lead by example in safety, productivity, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Pick, pack, stage, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload freight and put away received merchandise.
• Move, replenish, retrieve, and stage inventory throughout the facility.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Monitor workflow and help resolve operational issues or bottlenecks.
• Train and coach associates on safe equipment operation and warehouse procedures.
• Perform equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA, company safety, and warehouse operating procedures.
