Job summary

Envision LED Lighting in Houston seeks a Distribution Associate / Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will handle order fulfillment, packing, labeling, staging, and shipping with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The role requires operating multiple forklift types, managing inventory, and supporting daily shipping/receiving activities. A high-volume distribution background and knowledge of OSHA standards are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
• Proven forklift operating experience with multiple forklift types.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and OSHA standards.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Ability to train others on equipment safety.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, and narrow-aisle forklifts as required.
• Move, store, replenish, and stage inventory throughout the distribution center.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts.
