Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a Distribution Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory while driving safety, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing labor, and a track record of coaching teams to meet productivity targets. You will help establish SOPs and support the startup phase of a new distribution facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment center leadership experience preferred.
• Direct supervision of warehouse or fulfillment associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using KPIs to drive performance and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for daily DC operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, transfers and inventory.
• Set expectations for safety, productivity, quality, accuracy, attendance, and customer service.
• Coordinate daily workflow and staffing based on volume and priorities; adjust as needed.
