You will manage filmmaker relationships, align projects with Guild strategies, coordinate across teams, and guide content through its lifecycle to maximize audience reach and success.

The role requires balancing Angel’s brand, the Guild community, and filmmakers, ensuring business objectives are met while championing creative vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership, strategy, and brand direction experience.
• Excellent English readable, written, and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong collaboration across teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for filmmakers and align Guild content with Angel brand.
• Own Guild-driven distribution strategies and profitability.
• Track and report engagement and project performance metrics.
• Build relationships with influencers and Guild voices to amplify reach.
• Manage budgets with forecasting and spend optimization.
• Oversee projects from launch to completion, meeting timelines.
