Job summary

Cencora, Inc. seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead design, build, and improvement of distribution facilities and processes. You’ll manage scope, budget, and cross-functional teams across multiple projects from charter to completion.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 7+ years of PM experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Master’s degree and PMP are desirable, with expertise in automation and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a project manager or project engineer.
• Experience managing automation or construction projects exceeding $5MM per project.
• Experience planning and tracking projects using project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more components of a project from charter through completion.
• Oversee vendor selection and vendor management from RFP to invoicing.
• Coordinate on-site build or installation with internal and external teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets and cost tracking.
• Prepare supplier specs and support RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
