Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Distribution Coordinator I to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing, order control, and delivery/pickup scheduling.

This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating with Sales, Service, and OM to ensure accurate orders and inventories. You will handle RMAs, schedule installations, and maintain open order and RMA reports while supporting other warehouse admin duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 1-2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organization and communication skills with good time management.
• Customer-focused with ability to provide quality results.
• Experience using database software in a computerized environment.

Responsibilities

• Release orders and monitor backorders to ensure timely processing.
• Process RMAs and coordinate order modifications as needed.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and coordinate with carriers.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and parts inventories daily.
• Coordinate pre-installations and ensure order accuracy.
