Proficiency operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, electric pickers, and pallet jacks
Physical capability to perform physical tasks including unloading, moving boxes, and standing for extended periods
Fluent in written and spoken English required; Bilingual, fluent in spoken Spanish strongly preferred
Ability to read English and work from packing lists and location labels across multiple sites simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to give clear, patient direction to seasonal temp labor and flex tone and approach across a fast-changing floor
Experience informally leading, training, or directing temp or seasonal labor
Familiarity with computer-based inventory management systems
Prior experience in a hyperseasonal or education-related operations environment
