Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily client functions and inventory control at our Ohio location. The role requires operating warehouse equipment, performing cycle counts, and ensuring KPI-driven accuracy.

You will handle data entry, invoicing, and prepare reports while assisting with shipping, receiving, and cross-site coordination. Bilingual Spanish plus English skills are highly valued in our fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Familiar with computer-based inventory management systems.
• Experience leading or supervising temp/seasonal labor.
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory control procedures.

• Conduct inventory cycle count and stock take, ensure inventory accuracy meets KPI.
• Perform invoicing through company portal and conducts billings including associated backup and documentation.
• Provide daily operational reports accurately and timely.
• Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management, and audits picking activities.
• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders.
• Provide support with other miscellaneous projects, filing and research.
• Rating of domestic transportation bills.
• Receive and handle customer enquiry with Supervisory guidance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, electric pickers, and pallet jacks
• Physical capability to perform physical tasks including unloading, moving boxes, and standing for extended periods
• Fluent in written and spoken English required; Bilingual, fluent in spoken Spanish strongly preferred
• Ability to read English and work from packing lists and location labels across multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to give clear, patient direction to seasonal temp labor and flex tone and approach across a fast-changing floor
• Experience informally leading, training, or directing temp or seasonal labor
• Familiarity with computer-based inventory management systems
• Prior experience in a hyperseasonal or education-related operations environment
