Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Specialist to manage day-to-day operational Engagement with North American distribution partners.

The role supports compliance, reporting, and partner enablement while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in channel or partner operations in a tech environment, plus experience with major distributors and SFDC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of channel operations, distribution, partner operations, or sales operations experience in the technology industry.
• Experience with distribution partners like Ingram Micro or TD SYNNEX.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational engagement with distribution partners.
• Ensure compliance with channel programs, policies, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate quotes, orders, pricing updates, renewals, reporting, and other operational issues.
• Support execution of channel programs, promotions, rebates, MDF, and new partner initiatives.
• Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
