Job summary

F5 seeks a Distribution Specialist to support North America distribution partners and manage day-to-day operations. You will ensure program compliance, enable partners, and provide accurate reporting while collaborating with sales, channel, operations, and finance teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in channel or partner operations within a technology vendor environment, proven Salesforce proficiency, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years in channel, distribution, partner operations, or sales operations in tech environment.
• Experience with Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, or similar distribution partners.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engagement with distribution partners.
• Ensure compliance with channel programs, policies, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate resolution of quotes, orders, pricing updates, renewals, reporting, and other operational issues.
• Support execution of channel programs, promotions, rebates, MDF, and new partner initiatives.
• Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
• Analyze KPIs, pipeline activity, bookings trends, and program participation.
• Monitor SLA performance and compliance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Partner Programs teams.
• Act as a liaison between distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
• Support forecasting, business planning, operational reviews, and partner enablement activities.
